SHIPPING COSTS

By purchasing from our website you are agreeing to the following terms and condition:

Please double check that you have supplied us with the correct address before submitting your order. We take no responsibility for parcels that are sent to an address that was incorrectly supplied.

SHIPPING TIMES

It can take 2 business days for your order to ship, please allow for this. Public holidays and weekends are not included in this time frame. Regular processing time frames apply to Express Post shipping options.

Standard shipping 3-7 days depending on your location. 
Express shipping 1-2 business days* (must be located within the Express Post network)

We take no responsibility for delays to deliveries caused by Freight Carriers. This is out of our control.  

RETURNS

If you would like to return an item, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order. You have the option of an exchange, refund. All items must be unused and in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for return. When purchasing shoes, the shoebox is considered part of the product and must also be returned undamaged. Once you have notified us of your return, we must receive the item back within 14 days. Items received after this time frame will not be accepted. Items purchased on sale or with a discount, are not eligible for return. Please allow up to 3 days for your return to be processed.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost to send the new items back out to you. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels so it is best to send items back with tracking. Please do not mark your parcel 'return to sender', we are charged by Australia Post for these returns, and the cost will be passed onto the buyer.

If your item is deemed faulty, we will cover your return shipping costs. Once we are notified of a fault, we must receive the faulty item back within 14 days. After this time, faulty items will be considered 'accepted' and will not be eligible for return. It is at our discretion whether we repair, refund or replace a faulty item.

EXCHANGES

Please note we do not offer any exchange if you simple change your mind on the product. 

We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to estimate sizing online, and we will usually exchange an item if the size selected is unsuitable. However claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your item and all items must be returned to us by post within 14 days. We will provide a direct exchange of the same item, or in the case where that item is unavailable, you may select an alternate garment to the same value.

 We will do our best but we cannot guarantee stock availability by the time your parcel arrives. 

WARRANTY
We offer a 3 month warranty against defects on all products, this starts from the date your order is delivered. This warranty is void if the item is improperly used, or you do not follow instructions listed of the product.

IF YOU ENCOUNTER ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER, PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 24 HOURS BUSINESS DAYS FOR A RESPONSE DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF EMAILS WE RECEIVE EACH DAY.
